THE MASTERCLASSES

Craft & Community

The Abebi Non-Afrofiction Masterclass is held bi-annualy (virtually or in person) to further build community and craft within the nonfiction writing genre on The African Continent.

The Abebi Afrononfiction Masterclass felt like a place where seeds were sown. I’ve only ever written fiction and I’ve always been extremely intimidated by nonfiction. But Mofiyinfoluwa curated a space that grounded and challenged us to reach into ourselves and find something worth exploring. I’m really grateful for all the amazing writers I got to connect with and looking forward to the fruit this class will bear.
